We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After 24 hours, if the order has entered production or dispatch, cancellation will be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the order value.
Custom jewellery orders require a 30% non-refundable advance deposit. Cancellation after production has commenced will result in forfeiture of the advance payment. If cancelled before production starts, the advance may be refunded in the form of store credit.

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The exchange is subject to stock availability. If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it has a lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at contact@goldivacraft.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
