All products listed on goldivacraft.shop and Nexorai Cart are subject to availability. Goldiva Craft reserves the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight variations in colour or appearance from on-screen images are possible due to photography, screen calibration, and the handcrafted nature of each piece.

2.3 Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect live gold rates at the time of listing. Prices may change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes (GST) will be displayed at checkout on Nexorai Cart.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be confirmed in writing (via email or Nexorai Cart) by Goldiva Craft before processing.
• Custom orders require a non-refundable advance of 30% of the total order value.
• Payments are processed securely via Nexorai Cart's payment gateway. We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and zero-cost EMI on eligible orders.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Goldiva Craft. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Marketing Communications

By submitting an enquiry form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive marketing communications via RCS, WhatsApp, email, and SMS from Goldiva Craft and Nexorai Cart. You may opt out at any time by contacting contact@goldivacraft.shop.
